Whether your companion has paws, hooves, feathers, scales or whiskers, this class is open to all pets.
This category celebrates the art of pet photography. Our judges will be looking beyond the pet itself to the skill of the photographer. Think about composition, framing, lighting, focus and creativity to create an image that really stands out.
A beautifully composed photograph can turn an everyday moment into something truly special, so take your time, get creative and show us your Framed to Perfection masterpiece. Your pet must be framed using elements within the scene that guide the viewers eye to your pet. 
Please note: This class has a reduced entry fee of £2. As this is a special class, there are no sponsor prizes. However, 1st–10th place will each receive a Prize Paws rosette, and the top four photographs will qualify for the Championship, where they'll have the chance to compete for the overall Championship prizes.
 
Please note: To keep things fun and fair for everyone, professional photographers are not eligible to take part. By 'professional' we mean anyone who earns an income from photography services or works on paid photography assignments.  We also do not permit images that have been purchased from photographers. That said, if you are passionate about photography, have taken classes or just happen to be really talented then you are more than welcome to take part. 
 
Please not that AI generated images are also not permitted in any of our classes. If we suspect that the image you are submitting is not in line with our rules we will contact you but no refund will be offered.
